I can’t stress this enough, it’s so damn important to take care of your arteries and your health. I mean, what other vehicle do you have to get you through life? You can’t just trade your body in for a newer model, maybe one day, but not now. So that means you need to wake up and start putting your body first.

As we age, things break down, our bodies produce less of this and less of that. Yeah, aging sucks, but how fast and gracefully we age is up to you. So start taking control of the things you can and stop giving a shit about the things you can’t.
